Wellness should feel personal, not prescribed.

Niara exists to help women understand their own patterns and build wellness habits that fit real life, with privacy and kindness built in from the start.

The problem we're working on

Women's wellbeing is spread across a dozen apps that don't talk to each other. A period tracker knows your dates but not your sleep. A calorie counter knows your lunch but not that you're on day two of your period. A fitness app knows your streak but not that you've had a hard week. Each one sees a fragment, so the advice you get is fragmented too, and often generic.

Much of that advice is also written for someone else: a different body, a different kitchen, a different climate and budget. Plenty of it is loud, alarmist or quietly shaming. We think women deserve better than that. Wellness tools should help you understand yourself and leave the next step up to you.

Our mission

To make women's wellness more personal, more accessible and easier to manage, by bringing cycle, mood, energy, nutrition, movement and rest together in one supportive companion that learns from you.

Our vision

A world where every woman can understand her body well enough to make confident everyday decisions about food, movement, rest and care, and knows when to ask a doctor for more. We're starting in India, and building for women everywhere.

What we believe

  • Your cycle is a signal, not a sentence. It's an important part of the picture. It doesn't define you, and it doesn't come with rules you must obey.
  • Understanding beats optimising. We're not trying to make you "perfect." We want you to know yourself a little better.
  • Tone is a product feature. The same information can calm or alarm. We choose words that inform without frightening.
  • Small and sustainable wins. A two-minute check-in you keep up beats an hour-long routine you abandon.
  • Honesty about limits. Estimates are estimates. AI can be wrong. Wellness is not medicine. We say these things plainly.

The Safe Space Principle

Every decision we make about Niara, whether a feature, a notification or a word, is checked against one question: does this make her feel safe, respected and in control? If the answer isn't a clear yes, we change it.

What we won't do

  • Sell your personal data, or build our business on advertising to you.
  • Use guilt, streak anxiety or fear to keep you opening the app.
  • Promise diagnoses, guaranteed hormonal balance or weight loss.
  • Present an estimate as a certainty.

Where we are today

Niara is a young company, MYNIARA WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, and the app is currently in development. We're shaping it with input from the women it's for, which is why the waitlist matters to us: it's how we'll invite our first members and listen to what they need.

Questions, ideas or partnership enquiries? Write to us at support@myniara.com. A real person will read it.
